Entri is an EduTech product company based out of Cochin, India and the first from the country to get selected to Learn Launch, leading ed-tech accelerator based in Boston, United States. We are seeing incredible growth these days and looking to scale up our team. We are now hiring B2C Sales Executive to work from our Cochin office.

Responsibilities

  1. Contact qualified leads to inform them more about the premium product features and services.
  2. Answers questions about product features and pricing.
  3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  4. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  5. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Desired skills

  1. Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
  2. Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
  3. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

We are not bothered by the “experience” part as much as the desire and drive of the candidate to grow 10x personally in the next one year or so. You’ll love it here if you are a person who thrives in a startup environment, is self-driven, a quick-learner, and plays well with others. Proper induction training shall be provided to help you get into the groove.
